Visit to the Watercress Railway with breakfast at the Brickmakers Arms at Windlesham followed by a drive to New Arlesford, a steam train ride to Ropley Engine Sheds continuing on to Alton. David Snow, an AH owner, works for the Watercress Line accompanied us on the trip to Alton, with a commentary and a tour of the workshops.

June 4th - Pangbourne College Classic Car Day.
Pangbourne Design-and-Technology College held their first Classic Car Show in their picturesque grounds at the college. Over 1000 people attended with a substantial array of classic cars.

Ham Polo
Trip to Ham Polo Club, the last remaining polo club in Greater London. Founded in 1926, it has an established and distinguished reputation. This is our third visit to the Club over the years and it's highly recommended. Lunch in the members enclosure and then watching the matches.

Trip to Nuffield Place a National Trust property and home to the late Lord Nuffield (William Morris of Austin Morris fame). The house was designed by Oswald Patridge Milne in 1914 for Sir John Bowring Wimble, a shipping magnate. Morris took his title from the local village and renamed the house Nuffield Place.
